All assessments, archetypes, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, journals, worksheets, videos, audio content, downloads, graphics, branding, website content, course materials, member resources, and educational materials.

Nothing contained within this website or any purchased product transfers ownership rights to you.

Client may not retain, copy, reproduce, distribute, teach from, share, transfer, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any materials received through ArcheSoul Return™ following a refund, payment dispute, chargeback, or termination of services. Any license to access Company materials immediately terminates upon violation of these Terms.

  1. FREE RESOURCES & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

From time to time, ArcheSoul Return™ may provide free resources, downloads, assessments, guides, worksheets, PDFs, audio content, or other materials in exchange for contact information or as part of our educational offerings.

These materials are protected intellectual property and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • sell
  • sublicense
  • teach from
  • create derivative works from

any free resource without prior written permission.

Access to free resources does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

  1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

  1. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS & PORTAL ACCESS

Certain services may require account creation through Kajabi or related platforms.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account
  • Ensuring access information is not shared

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing, misuse, fraud, content theft, or policy violations occur.

  1. PAYMENTS

All fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Kajabi Payments

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  1. DIGITAL CONTENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Certain ArcheSoul Return™ products, services, mentorship programs, portals, assessments, guides, memberships, courses, recordings, downloadable resources, and educational materials are delivered in digital format.

By purchasing any digital product, service, program, or membership, you expressly acknowledge and agree that digital content may be delivered immediately upon purchase, enrollment, registration, or account activation.

Digital content may include, but is not limited to:

  • ArcheSoul Compass™ assessments and results
  • ArcheSoul Experience™ portal access
  • Archetype guides and reports
  • Worksheets, journals, workbooks, and downloadable resources
  • Reflection exercises and integration materials
  • Audio and video recordings
  • Course materials and educational content
  • Resource libraries
  • Membership content
  • Session recordings
  • Proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and supporting materials

You acknowledge that once access to digital content has been granted, such content is deemed delivered and cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and delivery of digital content and understand that such access may limit or eliminate any cancellation or refund rights otherwise available under applicable law.

You further acknowledge that your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Company materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. REFUND POLICY

All purchases are subject to the Digital Content Acknowledgment contained in these Terms & Conditions.

Digital Products, Courses, and Online Content

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, assessments, templates, recordings, online courses, portals, and other digital content, all purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any digital product once access has been granted, whether or not the purchaser accesses, downloads, completes, or uses the materials.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that access to proprietary content is provided immediately upon purchase and that you waive any right to cancel, dispute, or request a refund based on non-use, lack of participation, dissatisfaction with personal results, or change of circumstances.

ArcheSoul Experience™ Portal and Similar Digital Experiences

Access to the ArcheSoul Experience™, archetype portals, self-guided programs, digital libraries, resource centers, and similar offerings constitutes delivery of digital content.

Because participants receive immediate access to proprietary materials, reflections, downloads, exercises, and resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Failure to complete the experience
  • Failure to access the portal
  • Lack of time to participate
  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with individual outcomes
  • Technical issues outside of Company's control
  • Personal preference regarding content, teaching style, or presentation

Mentorship Programs and Private Services

Payments made for private mentorship programs, coaching engagements, consulting services, transformational guidance, or similar services are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Scheduled mentorship sessions canceled by Client with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited at Company's discretion and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling. A program shall be deemed commenced upon the earliest of:

  • The first scheduled session;
  • Delivery of onboarding materials;
  • Granting access to any private portal, resources, recordings, assessments, worksheets, or program materials;
  • Any preparatory work performed by Company on Client's behalf.

Once a mentorship program has commenced, no refunds shall be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, partial participation, early withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, relocation, illness, changes in personal circumstances, or perceived lack of results.

Because payment plans are offered as a convenience and not as a subscription service, Client remains responsible for the full program investment regardless of participation, completion, scheduling, withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or early termination. Company reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, suspend access to all materials and services, and recover reasonable costs associated with collection efforts to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Plans

Any payment plan offered is a courtesy and does not constitute a subscription that may be canceled.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete the program, attend sessions, access materials, or utilize services does not relieve you of your obligation to complete all remaining payments.

All payment obligations remain due regardless of participation level.

Memberships and Recurring Programs

If Company offers a recurring membership or subscription-based program, cancellation terms will be provided within the specific membership agreement or sales page.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a membership will prevent future billing but will not entitle the member to a refund for any prior payments already processed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product or service from Company, you agree to contact Company directly to attempt resolution of any concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your financial institution.

Because participants receive immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, downloadable resources, digital content, and/or services, initiating a chargeback after receiving access may constitute a breach of these Terms.

Company reserves the right to provide proof of purchase, login records, access records, attendance records, communications, signed agreements, and evidence of content delivery in response to any payment dispute or chargeback claim.

Company further reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to all current and future services, programs, memberships, portals, products, and offerings while any payment dispute remains unresolved.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund request outside of the stated policy shall be considered solely at Company's discretion. No waiver of this policy on one occasion shall constitute a continuing waiver or obligate Company to provide refunds in future situations.

Our programs are not therapy.

We do not provide:

Participation in any ArcheSoul Return™ offering does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

  1. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Where community spaces, memberships, discussion areas, live sessions, or group programs exist, participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully.

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, solicitation, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

  1. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, comments, reviews, photographs, success stories, feedback, or other content, you grant ArcheSoul Return™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for educational, promotional, marketing, and business purposes.

You retain ownership of your content.

  1. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

ArcheSoul Return™ may utilize technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence tools, for research, editing, organization, drafting assistance, content refinement, administrative support, or creative development.

All resulting content remains the exclusive intellectual property of ArcheSoul Return™.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

We may utilize third-party services including:

  • Zoom
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Google
  • Email service providers
  • Scheduling platforms

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, service failures, policy changes, or technical issues originating from third-party providers.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be modified, suspended, updated, or discontinued without notice.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clay County, Florida.

You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Prior to initiating arbitration or litigation, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through informal discussions and mediation.

  1. BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product or service provided by Company shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered in the State of Florida, except where prohibited by law.

The parties waive the right to trial by jury and agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for disputes not resolved through mediation.

You agree that any dispute shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
